Our Rates*
Two tier Mobile Notary rate schedule

Tier 1 Rate.....$5 for any local document (plus travel fee) to notarize (regular) documents. Ie. wills, power of attorney, etc.​
Tier 2 Rate ... (See in county and out-of-count rates above) to notarize loan sign documents (documents for the bank such as refinance, annuity). There is no additional travel fee for this. This includes receiving and printing loan documents (2 copies up to 200 pages per pdf), completing mobile signing & notarizing, quality check, scanbacks (if applicable) and mailing via fedex or ups back to the bank.

In-County - New Jersey (NJ) is $25 within 25 miles (use zip code calculator)

In-County - Pennsylvania (PA) is $40 within 25 miles (use zip code calculator)

Out-of-County - NJ & PA is the In-county fee plus $2 per mile after 25 miles.
We do not charge per signature or page. We have a flat fee.
